Project Overview: This Center Harbor, New Hampshire build turned a raw piece of land into a fully enclosed, lit, and equipped 30′ x 60′ multi-sport court. From clearing and site work to fencing, lighting, and a versatile net system, this project was built to support basketball, pickleball, badminton, volleyball and more, all on one surface.
Site Preparation
Getting this court ready required real groundwork before installation could begin:
- Land clearing and demolition made way for the new court footprint.
- Extra stone and structural fill were brought in to properly build up, level, and stabilize the site for long-term performance and drainage.
Fencing and Enclosure
This court was fully enclosed with a layered fencing approach:
- 10-foot chain link runs along three sides of the court, with one full-height gate for main access.
- 4-foot chain link lines the remaining 60-foot side, paired with its own 4-foot gate for secondary access.
Lighting
A double-head LED overhead lighting system extends playing time well past sunset, making this court just as functional for evening games as it is during the day.
Court Surface and Design
- Tile: SportGame pickleball tile in Evergreen and Green creates a rich, layered color scheme that fits naturally into the wooded New Hampshire setting.
- Basketball: Black game lines include a college 3-point line, giving the court a true, regulation-style shooting radius.
- Pickleball: White game lines provide clean, high-visibility court boundaries against the green tile tones.
Equipment
- Basketball System: A Pro Slam adjustable hoop with a 36-inch arm and 72-inch backboard delivers a full, professional-grade shooting experience.
- Multi-Sport Net System: A single adjustable net transitions between tennis, pickleball, badminton, and men’s and women’s volleyball, giving this court serious game-day versatility without needing multiple systems.
